Job Description:

The Assembler and Mechanical Technician is responsible for the mechanical assembly of components and sub-assemblies related to LV panels and Smart RMUs. The primary duties include assembling sheet metal components to create the LV panel box, installing nuts, screws, and tightening fasteners, and preparing the RMU housing. Additionally, the role
involves sub-assembly work for mimic doors, various mechanical components, and the
assembly of Mechanical Mechanisms and dealing with sheet metal.
The technician must be skilled in using pneumatic tools such as riveting guns, insert nut machines, and other assembly tools. This position requires speed and efficiency in
installation and assembly tasks, as well as familiarity with industrial and electrical factory environments.

Required Skills:

1. Expertise in mechanical assembly, particularly with sheet metal, for LV panels, RMUs,
and other electrical products.
2. Proficiency in using pneumatic tools such as riveting guns, insert nut machines, and
similar equipment.
3. Strong skills in panel assembly, switchgear assembly, and switch rack construction.
4. Ability to handle sub-assembly tasks such as mimic doors and other mechanical
components.
5. Knowledge of sheet metal working and fixing, and assembly.
6. Attention to detail to ensure the proper alignment, fitting, and secure fastening of
parts.
7. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints, ensuring quick turnaround for
assembly tasks.
8. Familiarity with the electrical manufacturing environment and assembly line
processes

Required Experience:

1. More than 4 years of experience in mechanical assembly,
particularly with LV panels, switchgear, and sheet metal products.
2. Hands-on experience with pneumatic tools, such as
riveting guns, insert nut machines, and similar machinery.
3. Previous experience in the electrical panel assembly or
switchgear assembly field.
4. Familiarity with industrial factory environments and
understanding of the demands of a high-paced assembly line.
5. Strong background in sheet metal assembly, particularly for
electrical panels, switch racks, and related products.
