Job Description:
The Production Admin is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks within the production department. Key duties include vacation tracking,
attendance management, material requisitions, inventory control, and
assisting with SAP data entry. This role also involves supporting material handlers, generating reports, and coordinating with Team Leaders to ensure smooth production operations. The Production Admin plays a vital role in maintaining production schedules, processing material orders, and ensuring materials are available when needed.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management, material
requisitions, and purchase orders.
2. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, track attendance, and handle
team requests.
3. Ability to manage inventory control, process Material Issue Requests (MIR), and
track material usage.
4. Experience generating production reports, tracking material movements, and
managing purchase requests.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production
teams, material handlers, and suppliers.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
1. More than 5 years of experience in production administration or material
management.
2. Previous experience with inventory control, purchase order processing, and
team scheduling.
3. Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems to manage production
and materials.
4. Strong background in administrative support for production teams, including
assisting with scheduling and attendance tracking.
5. Ability to generate reports related to inventory, materials, and production
progress.
