Job Description:
The Electrical Technician (Wireman) is responsible for wiring electrical
systems, particularly LV panels for Smart RMUs, and managing the
interconnections between the gas tank and the LV panel. This role includes preparing wiring (cutting, ferrule installation, wire stripping, labeling),
installing electrical components, and ensuring that the electrical systems are fully functional and meet production requirements. The technician should have strong expertise in reading electrical diagrams, troubleshooting
electrical wiring issues, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all electrical assembly work.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in electrical wiring for LV panels, switchgear, and related
systems.
2. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
3. Skilled in wiring preparation, including cutting, ferrule installation, wire
stripping, and labeling.
4. Experience using electrical tools such as wire cutters, crimpers,
strippers, and testing equipment.
5. Familiarity with electrical machines, including ferrule printing machines
and other assembly equipment.
6. Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical wiring and panel issues.
7. Knowledge of electrical components (e.g., circuit breakers, relays,
switches) and their roles in assembly.
Required Experience:
1. More than 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical wiring and panel assembly in a manufacturing or industrial
environment.
2. Good experience with LV panels, switchgear wiring, and
electrical system assembly.
3. Experience working with electrical tools and machines,
including ferrule printing machines, used in panel wiring and assembly.
4. Experience working in an industrial or factory environment,
particularly with electrical assembly and wiring systems.
